사용/활용예
○ 열경화성수지 기반 CFRP를 이용한 자동차, 항공 부품을 제작하는데 활용.
○ Spray 방식의 수지이동방식으로 수지의 분산성 및, 저온/저압, 고속 성형에 적합한 CFRP 최종경화 방식의 final consolidation 시스템으로 활용.
○ 자동차 및 항공용 CFRP의 제작 및 기반 연구에 활용
- 장비설명 1. Spray 방식의 수지이동방식을 사용함으로서 수지의 분산성 및, 저온/저압, 고속 성형에 적합한 CFRP 최종경화 방식의 final consolidation 시스템임.● Out of Autoclave (OOA) technology● Resin positioned at the right place during the spraying● Possible inspection of the part before curing as it is not closed mould● Low pressure process / cheaper tooling● Cheaper tooling (Half mold)● Reduced material costs than prepregs● Class-A surface finish without rework or filling● Multi cavity process
- 구성 및 성능 가) Integrated Curing System incorporating a 1.8mX1.6m meter Curing Chamber; One (1) System with 250 kW heating power incorporating an integrated curing chamber with single-sided tray heating: - The upper tray is primarily an insulated, aluminium construction. It is lowered onto the lower tray and is then clamped into place; - The machine will be an isothermal machine able to pre-heat and store Heat Transfer Fluid as well as control the heating and cooling of the part; - The tools or moulds are placed under the upper tray and clamps with the upper tray. Curing chamber dimensions: (L)1.8m x (W)1.6m(1.6mX1.4m usable) 나) RST spray system for one resin and its robot together with HMI 다) Two (2) sets of bladders (1 bladder installed + 1 spare bladder) 라) Heat Transfer Fluid (HTF): 1000 L in a storage tank 마) Flow Rate up to 60 m³/h 바) Temperature range 15ºC -200ºC 사) Operating pressure: 5-80 kPa (control: ±1 kPa) 아) 1 external vacuum pump and 4 thermo couples are included 자) All safety and security devices compliant with CE regulations (including pressure vessel requirements) 차) HMI software for controlled of system elements 카) One (1) Resin Spray Transfer (RST) system including; - Spray Equipment for one resin type - Robot to control the Spray Equipment - HMI
